Vitamin A is well known as being good for our eyes as it is thought to protect against blindness. Vitamin C may play a part in preventing glaucoma. Research is now indicating that antioxidants and essential fatty acids (found in fish) can help keep your eyes healthy.
Basically, if you eat a balanced diet with lots of leafy greens, some fish a couple of times a week, some yellow/orange fruits and vegetables and a few nuts, this should help!
